RECOMMENDING ACQUISITION OF DRAINAGE EASEMENT
HENRY A. HEFXIEMAN - TID {,1
WHEREAS, the City has determined that it is necessary
to obtain a drainage easement on the Henry A. Herdeman property
located at S103 W20171 Kelsey Drive, and
WHEREAS, it is the intent of the City to provide funds
for this project through TID #1.
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Conmission of the
City of Muskego does hereby recommend to the Comon Council
approval of the acquisition of the drainage easement necessary
to proceed with the Herdeman Drainage Project. 0
