APPROVAL OF TEIPOEURY SIGN
FREEDOM ACRES ADDN. NO. 1
WHEREAS a request has been submitted by Charlene Ceille,
for permission to erect a 4' x 4' temporary sign advertising
Freedom Acres Addn. 81 to be located in the road right-of-way
of Freedom Avenue at the intersection of McShane Drive, and
WHEREAS permission may be granted for a period up to
nine months with six month extensions approved by the Plan
Commission until such time as 75% of development has occurred, and
WHEREAS it will be necessary for the Public Works Committee
to approve the location of the sign within the road right-of-way.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Commission of the
City of Muskego does hereby approve the temporary sign adver-
tising Freedon; Acres Addn. #l for nine months.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this approval is subject to
the approval of the proposed location by the Public Works
Committee.
