APPROVAL OF CERTIFIED SURVEY MAP
WHEREAS a certified survey map prepared by Kenneth Berke,
land surveyor, dated February 8, 1983, has been submitted to
finalize a two parcel redivision of the Ronald Welden property
on West Wind Lake Road in the Town of Norway, and
WHEREAS this property is located within the extra-territori:
jurisdiction of the City of Muskego, and
WHEREAS the Town of Norway has approved this division, and

WHEREAS the Racine County Board of Adjustment has granted the
necessary variance in shore yard setback to permit this division.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Commission of the
City of Muskego does hereby approve, and recommends approval to
the Common Council, the certified survey map to finalize the two
parcel redivision of the Ronald Welden property on West Wind Lake
Road in the Town of Norway.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this approval is subject to
receipt of the $25.00 submittal fee.
