RECOMMENDING ACQUISITION OF EASEMENTS
SOUTH DENOON ROAD PROJECT - TID #l
WHEREAS the City plans to proceed with the reconstruction
of South Denoon Road as included in the Amended Project Plan for
Tax Incremental District #l, and
WHEREAS certain easements are required in order to proceed
with this project.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Commission of the
City of Muskego does hereby recommend to the Comon Council
approval of the acquisition of easements necessary to proceed
with the reconstruction of South Denoon Road.
