RECOMMENDING ACQUISITION OF EASEMENTS
LEMBEZEDERIGOLD DR STORM DRAINAGE PROJECT - TID 85
WHEREAS the City plans to proceed with the Lembezederl
Gold Dr. storm drainage project, and
WHEREAS this project was included in the Amended Project
Plan for Tax Incremental District #5, and
WHEREAS certain easements are required in order to proceed
with this project.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Commission of the
City of Muskego does hereby recommend to the Common Council
approval of the acquisition of easements necessary to proceed
with the LembezederIGold Dr. storm drainage project. 0
