PCR1983021RESOLUTION #P C. 21-83 APPROVAL OF CERTIFIED SURVEY MAP WOODS ROAD LIFT STATION WHEREAS a certified survey prepared by John H. Mielke, land surveyor, dated 10/7/82, has been submitted to finalize a two parcel division of the John and Richard Zalewski property at the intersection of Sandy Beach Drive and Woods Road in the SE 114 of Section 10, and WHEREAS the City proposes to acquire this property for the purpose of constructing the Woods Road Lift Station, and WHEREAS 40' has been dedicated for public road purposes, and WHEREAS the Highway Width Map indicates an ultimate 100' road at this location. THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Commission of the City of Muskego does hereby approve, and recommends approval to the Common Council, the certified survey map to finalize a two parcel division of the John and Richard Zalewski property at the intersec- tion of Sandy Beach Drive and Woods Road in the SE 1/4 of Section 10, and waives the 50' road dedication requirement as the property is being acquired for public improvement purposes.
