RECOMMENDING ACQUISITION OF LAND - WOODS ROAD LIFT STATION
AND SET PUBLIC HEARING TO CONSIDER CONDITIONAL USE GRANT

WHEREAS the City plans to proceed with the Woods Road
Interceptor and Force Main Project as shown in the plans and
specifications prepared by Ruekert & Mielke, and
WHEREAS this project was included in the Amended Project
Plans for Tax Incremental Districts #2 thru #7, and
WHEREAS it is necessary to acquire land at the intersection
of Woods Road and Sandy Beach Dr. for construction of a lift
station in order to proceed with this project.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Commission of the
0 City of Muskego does hereby recommend to the Common Council
approval of the acquisition of land on Woods Road and Sandy Beach
Dr. in order to proceed with this project.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that a public hearing is hereby
scheduled for Tuesday, March 15, 1983, at 7 55 P.M. to consider
a conditional use grant to permit the construction of a lift
station on this parcel which is zoned RS-3.
