RECOMMENDING ACOUISITION OF EASEPIENTS a
GLENBROOK 'DRAINAGE PROJECT

WHEREAS the City plans to proceed with the Glenbrook
Drainage Project as shown in the plans and specifications pre-
pared by the City's engineers, Ruekert ii Mielke, and
WHEREAS this project was included in the Amended Project
Plan for Tax Incremental District #2, and
WHEREAS certain easements are required in order to proceed
with this project.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Commission of the
City of Nuskego does hereby recommend to the Common Council
approval of the acquisition of easements necessary to proceed
with the Glenbrook Drainage Project.
