RECOMMENDING ACQUISITION OF EASEMENT
DITCH RELOCATION - KELSEY DRIVE - TID #l
WHEREAS the City plans to proceed with the relocation of
the ditch along Kelsey Drive 20' onto the DeBack property, and
WHEREAS this project was included in the Amended Project
Plan for Tax Incremental District 81, and
WHEREAS an easement is required in order to proceed with
this project .
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Comission of the
City of Muskego does hereby recommend to the Common Council
approval of the acquisition of the easement necessary to proceed
with the relocation of the ditch along Kelsey Drive. 0
