RECOMMENDING ACQUISITION OF EASEMENTS
MEADOWDALE DRAINAGE PROJECT - TID #3
WHEREAS the City plans to proceed with the Meadowdale
Drainage Project as shown in the plans and specifications pre-
pared by the City's engineers, Ruekerth Mielke, and
WHEREAS this project was included in the Amended Project
Plan for Tax Incremental Distriyt #3, and
WHEREAS certain easements are required in order to proceed
with this project.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Commission of the
City of Muskego does hereby recommend to the Common Council
approval of the acquisition of easements necessary to proceed
with the Meadowdale Drainage Project.
