APPROVAL OF REVISED BUILDING. SITE AND OPERATIONAL PLANS
MUSKEGO BUSINESS/INDUSTRIAL PARK
~ DON-MILLER'WAREHOUSE
WHEREAS the building, site and operational plans were
approved by the Plan Commission for the Don Miller Warehouse1
Office, S82 W18848 Gemini Drive in the Muskego Business/
Industrial Park on May 1, 1979 and later revised to include
a loading dock on March 18, 1980, and a 50' x 100' addition
on October 7, 1980, and
33' WHEREAS plans have now been submitted for aW x 180'
addition to the existing building for warehouse purposes.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Comission of the
City of Muskego does hereby approve the revised building, site
and operatipal plans for the Don Miller Warehouse/Office to
permit a !% x 180' addition to the existing building, subject
to the condition that the employee parking area be eliminated
in the 50' setback area and a provision for one parking space
for the physically handicapped be made.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Plan Commission does hereby
waive the requirement of 1 parking space for each 1000 sq. ft.
floor area, Aka++~k"Gd+-spaces4or -this -1-7 ,,400 ~sq.
"C-ng, and approving the 13 spaces proposed.
