APPROVAL OF CERTIFIED SURVEY MAP
PATRICIA AND CHARLES JAGUNT, TOWN OF NORWAY
.WHEREAS a certified survey map prepared' by Gary L. .
Majewski, land surveyor, dated January 17, 1983, h8s been
submitted to finalize-a two parcel division of the Patricia
and Charles Jagunt property on C.T.H. Y in the Town of Norway, and
WHEREAS this property is located within the extra-
territorial jurisdiction of the City of PIuskego, and
WHEREAS this property is served by municipal sewers, and
has been approved by the Town of Norway.
0 THEREFORE BE IT FESOLVED that the Plan Commission of the
City of Muskego does hereby approve, and recommends approval
to the Common Council, the certified survey map to finalize a
two parcel division of the Patricia and Charles Jagunt property
on C.T.H. Y in the Town of Norway
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this approval is subject to
receipt of the $25.00 subrittal fee.
