GENIAL OF SKETCH FOR LAND DIVISION
KEN ZBILICKI
WHEREAS a sketch has been submitted by Ken Zbilicki for
a two parcel division of the property located on the corner
of Gaulke Drive and Tess Corners Drive in the SE 1/4 of
Section 2, and
WHEREAS this property is located in a General Flood Plain
District and any development must comply with the regulations
of Chapter 14, Flood Plain Ordinance, of the Municipal Code, and
WHEREAS the necessary application for a Land Use Pernit as
required has not been submitted.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Conmission of the
City of Muskego does hereby deny the sketch for a two parcel
division of the property located on the corner of Gaulke Drive
and Tess Corners Drive in the SE 114 of Section 2.
