APPROVAL OF SKETCH FOR LAND DIVISION
LAUREL KAEBISCH
WHEREAS a sketch has been submitted by Laurel Kaebisch
for a one parcel division of his property on Parker Drive
in the N 112 of Section 30, and
WHEREAS the parcel to be divided consists of 40 acres and
includes a dwelling unit, and the renaining parcel consists of
60 acres of farmland with no dwelling unit, and
WHEREAS it is proposed to amend the Zoning Ordinance to
permit the Plan Commission to waive the requirement of a certi-

THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Cormnission of the City

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Plan Commission does hereby
waive the requiremenFeNBfDZ, F$$tified survey map, subject to the
Plan Commission to waive the certified survey map requirement
in certain situations
