SETTING PUBLIC HEARING DATE
TERMINATION OF CONDITIONAL USE GRANT {I54
WHEREAS Conditional Use Grant #54 was issued for the
property located at W143 S7922 Durham Drive for the operation
of "The Cottage" tavern, and
WHEREAS that building has been razed, and
WHEREAS in order to terminate the Conditional Use Grant,
a public hearing is necessary
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Commission of the
City of Muskego does hereby set a public hearing for Tuesday,
0 March 1, 1983, at 7:55 P.M. to consider the removal of Condi-
tional Use Grant 1/54 from W143 57922 Durham Drive.
