APPROVAL OF EXTENSION OF TIFE
TEMPORARY SIGN
LAKE KEADOWS

WHEREAS the Plan Commission approved an 8' x 16'
temporary sign to introduce the Lake Meadows Subdivision,
located on the former Caesar property at the intersection of
Racine Avenue and Kelsey Drive, and
WHEREAS the Zoning Ordinance permits extensions for
six month intervals with Plan Commission approval until such
time as 75% of development has occurred, and
IJHEREAS Lake Meadows has not reached 75% development, and
WHEREAS the sign remains in good condition, and
WHEREAS the property on which the sign is ,located has
been sold to Roger and Randall Guhr, who have given permission
for the temporary sign to remain on their property.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Comnission of the
City of Muskego does hereby approve a six month extension for
the 8' x 16' temporary sign located on the Guhr property at
the intersection of Racine Avenue and Kelsey Crive advertising
the Lake Meadows Subdivision.
