PCR1983004RESOLUTION #P C. 4-83 ARCHITECTURAL APPROVAL OF SECOND GARAGE STRUCTURE RONNIE REA WHEREAS Ronnie Rea has requested permission to construct a 26' x 24', unattached, second garage structure on his property at S86 W17986-88 Woods Road, and WHEREAS it does not appear that such garage would have a substantial adverse affect on the property value or reason- able enjoyment of the surrounding properties in this RS-1 District. THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Commission (Architectural Control Board) does hereby approve the request of Ronnie Rea for a 26' x 24', unattached, second garage structure on his property at S86 W17986-88 Woods Road, subject to the condition that it be located no closer than 75' to the centerline of Woods Road and 20' from the south lot line. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the architectural design of this second garage shall be compatible with this residential neighborhood.
