PCR1983003e RESOLUTION #P C. 3-83 ARCHITECTLW APPROVAL OF SECOND GARAGE STRUCTURE ANTHONY ZAWALICH WHEREAS, Judith Barbies, agent for Anthony D. Zawalich, S74 W19204 Bay Shore Drive, has requested permission to con- struct a 24' x 24', unattached, second garage structure on the Zawalich property, and WHEREAS it does not appear that such garage would have a substantial adverse affect on the property value or reason- able enjoyment of the surrounding properties in this RS-2 District. THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVEG that the Plan Commission (Architectural Control Board) does hereby approve the request of Judith Barbies for a 24' x 24', unattached, second garage structure on the Anthony D. Zawalich property at S74 W19204 Bay Shore Drive.
