RECOMMENDATION TO APPROVE RESOLUTION OF NECESSITY
(Park Land Acquisition - Lake Meadows)
WHEREAS the Parks and Recreation Board has recommended
of Section 31 be acquired for park purposes, and
that property adjacent to the Lake Meadows Park in the NW 114
WHEREAS funds have been provided in the Project Plan
for Tax Incremental District No. 1 for the acquisition of
land for park purposes, and
WHEREAS it is necessary that the Com.on Council adopt
a resolution of necessity in accordance with State Statutes,
after obtaining the recommendation of the Plan Commission.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Comission of
the City of Muskego does hereby recommend to the Common
Council that land be acquired for park purposes adjacent to
the Lake Meadows Park in the NW 114 of Section 31.
