APPROVAL OF REVISED BUILDING, SITE AND OPERATIONAL PLANS
HUSKEGO BUSINESS/INDUSTRIAL PARK
MAREK LITHOGRAPHICS
WHEREAS it is proposed to construct a 8,047 sq. ft.
addition to the existing 6,400 sq. ft. Marek Lithographics
building at S81 W18460 Gemini Drive in the Muskego Business/
Industrial Park, and
24 parking spaces and will be paved with bituminous paving, and
WHEREAS the parking lot is being expanded to include
WHEREAS the addition will be located to the rear of the
existing structure, will maintain a 10' offset fron the west
lot line, approximately 90' frorr. the rear lot line, and
approximately 45' from the east lot line, and
WHEREAS a loading dock on the east side of the building
is also proposed, and
conform to the rules and regulations of the Industrial Park
which limit the total building area to 45% of the lot and
located no closer than 25' to the rear lot line.
WHEREAS a future expansion area shown would have to
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Commission of the
City of Muskego does hereby approve the revised building,
site and operational plans for Marek Lithographics to permit
an 8,047 sq. ft. addition at S81 W18460 Gemini Drive, subject
to the condition that the decorative panels on the exterior
of the addition match the aggregate accent panels on the
existing structure.
