REVIEW OF RECOM”IENDATI0N TO DENY REZONING REQUEST

WtiEREAS the Plan Commission recommended that the Common
Council deny the request of Tara Land Corporation to rezone
the property located on the southeast corner of Martin Drive
and College Avenue, from RS-2 to RS-2 (00s) to permit con-
struction of a medical clinic, in Resolution #P. C. 116-82
adopted on November 16, 1982, and
WHEREAS the Comon Council has referred this Eatter back
to the Plan Comnission for further review, and to give the
owner an opportunity to appear before the Commission, and to
contact the residents in the area
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVEC that the Plan Commission of
the City of Muskego, after further review of the request of
Tara Land Corporation to rezone the property located on the
southeast corner of Martin Drive and College Avenue, from
RS-2 to RS-2 (00s) to permit construction of a medical clinic,
does hereby recommend to the Comon Council that this request
be DISCIPPROV€:D (approved/disapproved)
