APPROVAL OF REVISED BUILDING, SITE AND OPERATIONAL PLANS
MUSKEG0 TRANSPORT
have been submitted by Muskego Transport. Inc., Wl45 S6360
Tess Corners Dr. , and
WHEREAS revised building, site and operational plans
gravel parking lot for buses and an expansion of the existing
asphalt parking lot for cars, with an extension of an industrial
type fence to enclose the graveled area to be 7' in height, and
WHEREAS the plans further indicate the addition of two
WHEREAS the plans indicate an expansion of the existing
offices on the mezzanine with the addition of a stairway to be enclosed from the exterior with metal wall panels, and
WHEREAS landscape plans have also been submitted for
planting strips along Tess Corners Dr.. and the Planning Con-
sultant has reviewed these plans and has recommended approval
subject to the inclusion of some evergreens to provide winter
screening.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Commission of the
City of Muskego does hereby approve the revised building, site
Tess Corners Dr., subject to the condition that all driveways
and operational plans for Muskego Transport, Inc., W146 S6360
and drivers' parking areas are asphalted as shown on the site
plan dated 12/29/82; the graveled bus parking areas are maintained
in a dust free condition per standards established by the Plan
Commission; the proposed landscaping strips comply with the
recommendations of the Planning Consultant; and, a $25,000 bond
is submitted to assure compliance with these conditions. "
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this approval is Subject to
the condition that the holding tank and the landscaped area
Over the holding tank extending to the west of the building,
be removed SO that buses can gain access to the gasoline PW-PS
from within the Muskego Transport property without going Out
onto Tess Corners Drive.
