RELEASE OF LETTER OF CREDIT
LEKFIELD RESTORATION
WHEREAS the removal of clay from the Lekfield Farm
located in the SE 1/4 of Section 19 has been completed, and
WHEREAS this removal followed the plan submitted to the
Plan Commission and approved in Resolution #P. C. 77-82 on
August 17, 1982, and
WHEREAS it has been restored, finish graded, seeded and
mulched.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Commission of the
0 City of Muskego does hereby release the Letter of Credit in
the amount of $25,000 from the Waukesha State Bank submitted
by Donald DeBack Grading, Inc. of Big Bend, subject to final
inspection and release by the Building Inspector.
