PCR1982123RESOLUTION #P C. 123-82 APPROVAL OF SKETCH FOR LAND DIVISION ED ROSS WHEREAS Ed Ross has submitted a sketch for a two parcel division of his property on Hillendale Dr. in the NE 1/4 of Section 19, and WHEREAS this area is zoned Agricultural, and these lots meet the requirements of this district, and WHEREAS, at the time Parcel 1 was created in 1978, a 60' strip of land along.the south lot line was provided as part of Parcel 1 to provide access to Hillendale Dr., and WHEREAS, it is now proposed to include that 60' strip as part of the acreage of Parcel 2, and create a 60' road reservation to provide access to Parcels 1 and 2 THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Comnission of the City of Muskego does hereby approve the sketch for a two parcel division of the Ed Ross property on Hillendale Dr. in the NE 114 of Section 19, subject to a 60' road reservation to provide access to Parcels 1 and 2. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Plan Comnission shall be receptive to receipt of a certified survey map to finalize this division, along with the $25.00 submittal fee, and $200.00 in lieu of park dedication.
