APPROVAL OF CERTIFIED SURVEY MAP
E. & M. KRAUSE
WHEREAS a certified survey map, prepared by Robert E.
Jagusch, land surveyor, dated November 17, 1982, has been
submitted to finalize a one parcel division of the Evelyn
and Margaret Krause property on S.T.Hwy. 36 in the SE 114
of Section 25, and
WHEREAS this parcel was recently rezoned to B-4 and sold
to T. J. Landscaping for the operation of a nursery and land-
scape business.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Conmission of the
City of Muskego does hereby approve the certified survey map
to finalize a one parcel division of the Krause property in
the SE 1/4 of Section 25, subject to proper road dedication,
and recommends approval to the Common Council.

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this approval is subject to the
approval of the City Engineer.
