WHEREAS Daniel Gutt, W211 S6845 Stonecrest Ct., has
requested permission to construct a 15' x 34' accessory
structure for collection of solar energy, and
WHEREAS this property is over 120,000 sq. ft and the
total of all outbuildings combined does not exceed 1% .of
the lot area.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Commission of
the City of Muskego does hereby approve the request of Daniel
Gutt for a 15' x 34' accessory structure for collection of
solar energy
