ARCHITECTURAL APPROVAL OF SECOND GARAGE STRUCTURE
ROBIN CHRISTIANSON
WHEREAS Robin Christianson, has requested permission
to retain a 22' x 22', unattached, second garage structure
constructed at Wl87 S6938 Gold Drive in 1976, and
WHEREAS a building permit was issued for the construction
of the 22' x 22' garage, and a 16' x 12' garage existing at
that time was not removed, and
WHEREAS the owner has advised he was unaware of the require-
ment to obtain second garage structure approval from the Plan
Comission, and
WHEREAS he has now been made aware of the regulations and
has submitted a request for approval of the second garage, and
WHEREAS it does not appear that such garage would have a
substantial adverse affect on the property value or reasonable
enjoyment of the surrounding properties in this RS-3 OED District
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Commission
(Architectural Control Board) does hereby approve the request
of Robin Christianson to retain a 22' x 22' unattached, second
garage structure on his property at W187 S6938 Gold Drive.
