SET PUBLIC HEARING DATE
RENEWAL OF WASTE YANAGEMENT PERNIT
WHEREAS Waste Management has requested extension' of
their contract and permit with the City of Muskego and Carl
and Lydia Wauer, which expires January 19, 1983, covering
the landfill site, and
WHEREAS it is necessary that the Plan Comission hold a
public hearing to consider this request.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Comnission of the
City of Muskego does hereby set a public hearing for 7 45 P.M.
on Tuesday, December 7, 1982, to consider the request of Waste
Management for an extension of their contract and permit for
the landfill operation.
