RECOMMENDATION TO APPROVE REZONING REQUEST
WUEBBENIFERBER PROPERTY
(B-2 to RS-2)
WHEREAS on August 10, 1982, the Common Council adopted
an ordinance to accept an ordinance to detach certain territory
from the City of New Berlin, known as the WuebbenfFerber Property
on Janesville Road in the NE 1/4 of Section 1, and
WHEREAS that property is a small triangular-shaped parcel to
the north of Parcel 1 and Parcel 2, and
WHEREAS that property was zoned B-2 Local Commercial by the
City of New Berlin, and
WHEREAS the adjoining property in the City of Muskego is
zoned RS-2 Suburban Residence, and
WHEREAS it is in the best interest of the City to rezone
that property to be consistent with the zoning in the City of
Muskego.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Commission of the
City of Muskego does hereby recommend to the Common Council that
the parcel described on the reverse of this resolution be rezoned
from B-2 Local Commercial to RS-2 Suburban Residence.
