APPROVAL OF BUILDING, SITE, OPERATIONAL AND
LANDSCAPING PLANS AND SIGN REQUEST
T. J. LANDSCAPING
WHEREAS T. J. Landscaping has submitted building, site,
operational and landscaping plans and a sign request, for
their property on Hwy. 36 in the SE 114 of Section 25, and
WHEREAS future plans include adding a roof to the existing
stone foundation to be used as a retail store, and
WHEREAS the proposed sign is 10' x 6' in size, set back from
the center of the road by 70 ft., will have subtle flood lighting,
is of wood construction with painted lettering and supported on
a stone and mortar baselplanter box, and meets the Guidelines for
Sign Approval and the Zoning Ordinance requirements.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Commission of the 0 City of Muskego does hereby approve the building, site, opera-
tional and landscaping plans and sign request, subject to the
following conditions:
