APPROVAL OF SIGN REQUEST
MUSKEGO BUSINESSJINDUSTRIAL PARK

WHEREAS a request has been submitted by Lloyd Ham for
a flat wall sign on his building at S80 W18753 Apollo Drive
in the Muskego BusinessJIndustrial Park, and
WHEREAS the proposed sign consists of 2" raised plastic
letters in red and black, reading "L. Ham Mason Contractor", and
WHEREAS flat wall signs in the Industrial Park are restricted
to 3% of the wall area on which they are placed.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Commission of the
0 City of Muskego does hereby approve the request of Lloyd Ham
for a flat wall sign on the building at S80 W18753 Apollo Drive,
reading "L. Ham Elason Contractor", subject to the condition
that the size not exceed 3% of the wall area on which it is
located.
