APPROVAL OF BUILDING, SITE AND OPERATIONAL PLANS
MUSKEGO BUSINESS/INDUSTRIAL PARK
J.S.E. ELECTRICAL CONTRACTORS
WHEREAS, building, site and operational plans have been
submitted for a 2,880 sq. ft. office and warehouse for JSE
Electrical Contractors at S81 W19077 Apollo Drive, in the
Muskego Business/Industrial Park, and
WHEREAS this building will be constructed of decorative
block to,.,conform to the Rules and Regulations of the Industrial Park,
WHEREAS the site plan indicates a proposed future addition
of approximately 6,880 sq. ft.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Commission of the 0 City of Muskego does hereby approve the building, site and
operational plans for a 2,880 sq. ft. office and warehouse for
JSE Electrical Contractors in the Muskego Business/Industrial
Park.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this approval is subject to
approval of the land division of Lot 6, Block 4, and receipt
of acceptable landscaping plans.
