C. 109-82 APPROVAL OF STABLE JOHN BRUNNER WHEREAS John Brunner, 5106 W20182 North Shore Drive, has requested permission to construct a 24' x 24' horse stable on his property, and WHEREAS this is a 2.5 acre parcel adjacent to a 2.5 acre parcel both owned by Mr. Brunner, and Plan Commission approval is required on outbuildings exceeding 240 sq. ft., and WHEREAS this stable does not exceed the 1% of lot area size limitation, and 0 WHEREAS the Board of Appeals has granted a variance to permit the stable 35' from the east lot line. THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Commission of the City of Muskego does hereby approve the request of John Brunner for permission to construct a 24' x 24' horse stable on his property at S106 W20182 North Shore Drive City of Muskego Plan Commission Adopted bIoV. 1 6 1982 Defeated Deferred jm 11/82
