ARCHITECTURAL APPROVAL OF SECOND GARAGE STRUCTURE
JOHN NOWAK
WHEREAS John Nowak, S71 W19767 Simandl Drive, has
requested permission to construct a 12' x 15',unattached,
second garage structure on his property for storage purposes, and
WHEREAS it does not appear that such garage would have a
substantial adverse affect on the property value or reasonable
enjoyment of the surrounding properties in this RS-2 District.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Commission
(Architectural Control Board) does hereby approve the request
of John Nowak for a 12' x 15', unattached, second garage
structure at S71 W19767 Simandl Drive.

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the architectural design of
this second garage shall be compatible with this residential
neighborhood.
