ARCHITECTURAL APPROVAL OF SECOND GARAGE STRUCTURE
KEN KERSKY
WHEREAS Ken Kersky, W166 S6802 Oak Hill Drive, has
requested permission to construct a 24' x 24', unattached,
second garage structure on his property, and
WHEREAS it does not appear that such garage would have
a substantial adverse affect on the property value or reasonable
enjoyment of the surrounding properties in this RS-1 District.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Cormnission
(Architectural Control Board) does hereby approve the request
of Ken Kersky for a 24' x 24', unattached, second garage
structure at W166 S6802 Oak Hill Drive.
BE IT FURTHER PASOLVED that the architectural design of
this second garage shall be conpatible with this residential
neighborhood.
