REFERRAL TO PLANNING CONSULTANT
REZONING REQUEST - TARA LAND CORP.
(College and Martin)
WHEREAS the Cormnon Council has referred a petition
received from Doris G. Tarachow of Tara Land Corporation
requesting rezoning of the property at the southeast corner
of Martin Drive and College Avenue in the NW 1/4 of Section 4
from RS-2 to RS-2 (00s) for the purpose of constructing a
medical clinic, to the Plan Commission for review and
recornendation.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Com.ission of
the City of Muskego does hereby refer the petition for
rezoning the Tara Land Corporation property on Martin Drive
and College Avenue from RS-2 to RS-2 (00s) to Planning Con-
sultant Mangiamele for review and recommendation.
