RECOMMENDATION TO APPROVE/DISAPPROVE REQUEST
FOR LEGAL LOT STATUS - BETTY KIVELA
requesting legal lot status of lot 1, Block 8, Muskego Shores
Subdivision, and
WHEREAS a petition has been submitted by Betty Ann Kivela
WHEREAS this is an RS-3 OED District requiring 75' average
width and 11,250 sq. ft. in area and this lot has 65' average
width and 9,137 sq. ft. in area and the adjoining lot 2 has an
average width of 60' and 9,000 sq. ft. in area, and
WHEREAS it appears that the garage on the adjoining
property encroaches on this property, and
WHEREAS this lot is no longer in joint ownership with the
adjoining property, having been sold several times in violation
of the land division ordinance, and
WHEREAS a previous request in 1973 for legal lot status of
0 this lot was denied, and
WHEREAS this lot is not conpatible with other corner lots
in the immediate area.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Commission of the
City of Muskego does hereby nwPP.aoJ6 the request of
Betty Ann Kivela for legal lot status of Lot 1, Block 8, Muskego
Shores Subdivision.
