APPROVAL OF CERTIFIED SURVEY MAP
ARTHUR THIESENNHUSEN
WHEREAS a certified survey map prepared by Kit
Kuokkanen, land surveyor, dated October 15, 1982, has been
submitted to finalize a one parcel division of the Arthur
Thiesennhusen property in the NE 114 of Section 4, and
WHEREAS the Plan Commission approvedthe sketch for
this division in Resolution #P. C. 98-82 dated October 5,
1982.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Comission of
the City of Muskego does hereby approve, and recomnends
approval to the Common Council, the certified survey map t
finalize a one parcel division of the Arthur Thiesennhusen
property on College Avenue in the NE 114 of Section 4.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this approval is subject
to the approval of the City Engineer.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this approval is subject
receipt of the $25.00 submittal fee and $200.00 fee in lie
of park dedication.
