C. 102-82 ARCHITECTURAL APPROVAL OF SECOND GARAGE STRUCTURE ROBERT DIET2 WHEREAS Robert Dietz, W190 S7569 Richdorf Drive, has requested permission to construct a 22' x 22', unattached, second garage structure on his property, and WHEREAS it does not appear that such garage would have a substantial adverse affect on the property value or reason- able enjoyment of the surrounding properties in this RS-2 District. THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Commission (Architectural Control Board) does hereby approve the request of Robert Dietz for a 22' x 22', unattached, second garage structure on his property at W190 S7569 Richdorf Drive. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the architectural design of this second garage shall be compatible with this residen- tial neighborhood, City of Muskego Plan Commission Adopted RT, 1 9 1982 Defeated Deferred
