PCR19821010 RESOLUTION #P. C. 101-82 APPROVAL OF CONDITIONAL USE GRANT E. VERNON EDER WHEREAS E. Vernon Eder has petitioned for a conditional use grant to permit the use of his existing building at W180 S7705 Pioneer Drive for multi-family use, and WHEREAS the Zoning Ordinance permits multi-family use of existing buildings in a B-3 District under a conditional use, and WHEREAS there are existing apartnents on the second floor of this building with a business no longer located on the first floor, and WHEREAS the request is to convert the first floor to three or four apartment units, and WHEREAS the necessary public hearing has been held. THEREFORE BE IT ESOLVED that the Plan Commission of the City of Muskego does hereby approve a conditional use grant for multi-family use subject to the following conditions: use of the existing building at W180 S7705 Pioneer Drive for 0 1. Addition of no more than four apartment units the State of Wisconsin Administrative Code. subject to compliance with Chapter IND 57 of 2. Limit apartment units to one bedroom each. 3. Provision for no less than 10 parking spaces. 4. Submission of a financial feasibility statement and a statement of intent to start construction within a reasonable period of time, and statement that adequate financing is available.
