APPROVAL OF CONDITIONAL USE GRANT
(As amended)
TELEVISION TOWER - CIVIC CENTER SITE
WHEREAS the City of Muskego has petitioned for a Condi-
tional Use Grant to permit the construction of a 199 ft. tele-
vision tower to provide cable television service to the City
of Muskego, to be located on the Civic Center Site east of the
Police Department building at W183 S8150 Racine Avenue, and
WHEREAS radio and television transmission and relay towers
are permitted in an OIP Cistrict with a Conditional Use Grant, and
WHEREAS the necessary public hearing has been held, and
WHEREAS Planning Consultant Nangiamele has reviewed this
request and has recommended approval.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Commission of the
City of Muskego does hereby approve a Conditional Use Grant
to permit the construction of a 199 ft. television tower on the
Civic Center Site east of the Police Department building at
W183 S8150 Racine Avenue, subject to the removal of the existing
City of Muskego
