APPROVAL OF SKETCH FOR LAND DIVISION
ARTHUR THIESENNHUSEN
WHEREAS a sketch has been submitted for a one parcel
division of the Arthur Thiesennhusen property on College Avenue
in the NE 114 of Section 4, and
WHEREAS the proposed lot meets the requirements of this
RS-1 District, and
WHEREAS in order that the remnant to the east meets':the
size requirements of this district in the event sewers become
available, it is necessary to obtain a strip of land 20' wide
by at least 250' deep, and
WHEREAS it is necessary to obtain proper dedication along
College Avenue.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Commission of the
City of Muskego does hereby approve the sketch for a one parcel
division of the Arthur Thiesennhusen property on College Avenue
in the NE 1/4 of Section 4, subject to the condition that the
proper dedication along College Avenue be shown on the CSM and
a strip of land at least 20' x 250' to the east of the existing
lot line be obtained.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Plan Commission would be
receptive to receipt of a certified survey map as conditioned
above, along with receipt of the $25.00 submittal fee, and $200.00
fee in lieu of park dedication.
