REFERRAL TO PLANNING CONSULTANT
REQUEST FOR CONDITIONAL USE
CIVIC CENTER SITE (Television Tower)
WHEREAS the City of Muskego is requesting RVS to
construct the tower necessary to provide cable television
services to the City on the Civic Center Site east of the
Police Department building at W183 S8150 Racine Ave., and
WHEPaAS the proposed tower would be 199' in height
and set on an 18 sq. ft. concrete slab, and
WHEREAS radio and television transmission and relay
towers are permitted in an OIP District with a Conditional
Use Grant.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Commission of
the City of Muskego does hereby refer the request for a
conditional use grant to permit a 199 ft. television tower
to be located on the Civic Center Site to Planning Consultant
Mangiamele for review and recommendation.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that a public hearing shall be
held on October 5, 1982 at 7:50 P.M. at City Hall.
