(As Amended) APPROVAL OF CERTIFIED SURVEY MAP
JOSEPH SMUKOWSKI
WHEREAS a certified survey map prepared by Thomas
Inman, land surveyor, dated September 12, 1982, has been
submitted to finalize a one parcel division of the Joseph
Smukowski property located at W152 S9632 Thode Drive in the
NW 1/4 of Section 26, and
WHEREAS the sketch for this division was approved by
the Plan Commission in Resolution #P. C. 88-82 (As Amended)
on September 7, 1982.
0 THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Commission of
the City of Muskego does hereby approve, and recommends
approval to the Common Council, the certified survey map
submitted to finalize a one parcel division of the Joseph
Smukowski property located at W152 S9832 Thode Drive in the
NW 1/4 of Section 26, subject to the dedication of a 30'
wide strip for future road purposes along the southern boundary
of the parcel.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this approval is also subject
to the approval of the City Engineer, and the receipt of the
$25.00 aubmittal fee and $200.00 fee in lieu of park dedication.
