APPROVAL OF CERTIFIED SURVEY MAP
KELLY AND STEVE BERG
TOWN OF NORWAY
WHEREAS a certified survey map prepared by Joseph S.
Kroeninger, land surveyor, has been submitted to finalize
a two parcel division of the Kelly and Steve Berg property
on E. Wind Lake Road in the Town of Norway, and
WHEREAS this property is located within the extra-
territorial jurisdiction of the City of Muskego, and
WHEREAS this survey has been presented to the Town of
Norway for approval.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Commission of
the City of Muskego does hereby approve, and recommends
approval to the Common Council, the certified survey map to
finalize a two parcel division of the Berg property on E.
Wind Lake Road in the Town of Norway, subject to the approval
of the .Town of Norway.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this approval is also subject
to receipt of the $25.00 submittal fee.
