APPROVAL OF CERTIFIED SURVEY MAP
ANDERSON/LASS
TOWN OF NORWAY
WHEREAS a certified survey map prepared by Claude C.
Johnson, Jr., land surveyor, dated 9/10/82, has been sub-
mitted to finalize a two parcel division of the Anderson/
Lass property on Waubeesee Lake Drive in the Town of Norway,
and
WHEREAS this property is located within the extra-
territorial jurisdiction of the City of Muskego, and
WHEREAS this survey has been presented to the Town of
0 Norway for approval.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Commission of
the City of Muskego does hereby approve, and recommends
approval to the Common Council, the certified survey map to
finalize a two parcel division of the AndersonfLass property
on Waubeesee Lake Drive in the Town of Norway, subject to the
approval of the Town of Norway.
