APPROVAL OF SIGN REQUEST
MUSKEG0 BEER AND LIQUOR
WHEREAS a request has been submitted by Muskego
Beer and Liquor, S75 1417308 Janesville Road, for a flat
wall sign 6' x 20' in area consisting of white letters placed
on the nansard roof, reading "Warehouse Beer 'n Soda", to be
externally illuminated with existing spot lights on the roof,
and to be located on the mansard roof facing Janesville Road, and
WHEP.F.AS this sign meets the Guidelines for Sign Approval
and is within the 5% size limitation established by the
Zoning Ordinance for this B-4 District.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Commission of the
City of Muskego does hereby approve the flat wall sign to be
located on the mansard roof at S75 W17308 Janesville Road.
