REFERRAL TO PLANNING CONSULTANT
PETITION F0R:CONDITIONAL USE GRANT

BE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Commission of the City of
Muskego does hereby refer the petition for conditional use
grant submitted by Vern Eder to permit the conversion of
the existing office building at W180 S7705 Pioneer Drive
for multi-family use, to Planning Consultant Mangiamele
for review and recommendation.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that a public hearing shall be
held on Tuesday, October 5, 1982, at 7 45 P.M. to consider
this petition.
