APPROVAL OF SKETCH FOR LAND DIVISION
JOE SMLTKOWSKI
WHEREAS a sketch has been submitted for a one parcel
division of the Joseph Smukowski property located at W152
S9832 Thode Drive in the NW 1/4 of Section 26, and
WHEREAS there is an existing house on the proposed
3.53 acre parcel, and
WHEREAS there is an existing 60' road dedication lo-
cated along the south lot line of this parcel, with a 60'
easement for ingress and egress on that dedication.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Commission of
the City of Muskego does hereby approve the sketch for a one
parcel division of the Joseph Smukowski property located at
W152 S9832 Thode Drive in the NW 1/4 of Section 26.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Plan Commission will be
receptive to receipt of the certified survey map, along with
the $25.00 submittal fee and $200.00 fee in lieu of park
dedication.
