APPROVAL OF EXTENSION OF TIME
LAKE NXADOWS TEMPORARY SIGN
(Kelsey and Victoria Dr.)
WHEREAS the Plan Cotmission approved an 8' x 16'
temporary sign to introduce Lake Pieadows Subdivisions located
at the entrance to the subdivision at the intersection of
Kelsey Drive and Victoria Drive on July 17, 1979, with
subsequent extensions of time, and
WHEREAS the Zoning Ordinance permits further extensions
for six month intervals with Plan Commission approval until
such time as 75% of development has occurred, and
WHEREAS Lake Meadows has not reached 75% development, and
WHEREAS the sign is in need of repair to realign it in
an upright position.
THEREFORE BE IT RLSOLVED that the Plan Commission of the
City of Muskego does hereby approve an extension of six months
for the 8' x 16' tenporary sign to introduce Lake Meadows
subdivision located at the intersection of Kelsey Drive and
Victoria Drive, subject to the condition that the sign be
realigned
